Mancala is an ancient game, traditionally played using pebbles. Its origins are at least over 2000 years old and originated in Africa. Our games are all hand crafted original works of art. Each piece is different and are all created by the same artist group.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We understand that purchasing online without first seeing or trying it on might be difficult. With this in mind, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from your purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Returned item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The purchaser will return / exchange the item(s) at their own expense but we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
- To be eligible for a REFUND, purchased item(s) has to be returned in proper condition as stated above.
- For exchanges, please note that you will need to send back the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- ABT reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange request if returned item(s) do not comply with the above terms. Please note we can only grant exchanges once.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received and checked your returned item(s).
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND / EXCHANGE TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?
- Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your returned item(s) & process your refund / exchange from the day we received the item.
- Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase.
PRODUCT DEFECTS
We're so sorry the order you received was less than perfect. We do have a strict quality control process in place however, a few may have slipped through the cracks. We'd love to rectify this and replace the item for you.
Please email us a clear picture of the defect at tthompson@africabound.tours for us to initiate the replacement process as soon as possible.
WRONG ORDER
We understand it can be frustrating to receive the wrong order. As we support creating jobs for people, this means our fulfilment processes are handled manually by our extremely dedicated logistics team so there may be human error.
Please email us a picture of the wrong item received at tthompson@africabound.tours for us to initiate the replacement process as soon as possible.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to request a cancellation of your order prior to dispatch, please email us at tthompson@africabound.tours within 12 hours upon placing your order. If your order has been fulfilled before the 12 hours time frame, we will not be able to proceed with the necessary cancellations. Anything past 12 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.
We cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled upon request as our Fulfillment Team works very quickly in processing all our orders.
TRACKING MY ORDER
Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for receipt of tracking information (this only applies to ready-stock orders). You may track your item by the tracking number provided in the email. Our orders may be shipped out of the U.S. or Tanzania.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We take up to 24 hours to process all orders. However, all cancellations should be made within 12 hours upon placing your order as stated in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Orders have an estimated delivery timeframe within 7 - 10 business days for all countries that we deliver to. All express orders will be shipped with DHL Express.
Please note that express shipping rates vary based on weight of order & location for delivery. If you'd like to get an estimate for express shipping, please contact us or email us at tthompson@africabound.tours for us to assist you with it.
Please note delivery times to recipient may be affected by the jurisdiction of individual customs clearances and regulations (though we wouldn't wish this on anyone). For some countries thus, delivery times may be longer than our standard indicated delivery time frame.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES
While we take active steps and measures to ensure that your parcel is free from customs and duties upon dispatch and have covered all available customs and duties from origin of dispatch, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be free from customs and duties as Africa Bound Tours has no control over these charges as it varies from country to country. We do advise getting in touch with your local customs bureau to inquire on current charges so as to not receive an unexpected surprise when the parcel arrives!
PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS)
In cases where parcels do get sent back to us due to the wrong delivery address or you weren't able to receive the parcel, there will be a reshipping fee of $10.00. If you choose to opt for a refund instead, there will be a restocking fee of $10.00.
